The
founding principals of PFS are proven professional managers with extensive experience in starting and growing successful service
and product businesses. They have demonstrated their abilities to effectively manage rapidly expanding organizations
through their understanding of the importance of strategic planning and thoughtful deployment of both human and financial
capital.
Richard J. Voth, Sr. serves PFS as the Managing Member, Director, and CEO. In 1982 Mr. Voth
founded Information Network Corporation (“INC”) based in Phoenix, AZ. INC, an application service provider (“ASP”), provided medical claims adjudication
and related services to insurance companies and HMOs across the United
States. Mr. Voth served as INC's Chairman and CEO until
the company was acquired by a business unit of the United Health Group in 1998. At the time of his retirement,
the company employed more than 200, had achieved annual recurring revenues in excess of $20 million, and was listed among
the nation's "Top 100" technology companies by Healthcare Informatics Magazine. Though now integrated into UHG,
the core of the business continues to deliver sophisticated medical claims application services to health plans nation-wide.
James A. Saffert serves PFS as a Member and Director and as Senior Advisor for Technology. Mr.
Saffert is a senior management executive with more than thirty years of business experience. During his 14 year tenure
as Vice President, Operations at Information Network Corporation, he managed both business operations and those areas that
supported the company’s core technical competencies and service offerings. Under his management, the company adjudicated
tens of millions of medical claims annually and acheived its reputation for quality service. When he left INC, the company’s
employee census had grown to more than 350. Mr. Saffert is currently active in a senior management role with a leading
national provider of health care payer application systems.
